The Asia Clean Energy Summit (ACES) is a regional summit and exhibition in Singapore that focuses on clean technology, strategy, finance and is backed by leading government entities, research facilities, and industry.
ACES will offer a unified platform for regional energy leaders in both the public and private sectors to work collaboratively on crucial issues and opportunities for leveraging clean energy for the future in its eighth edition, which will take place from the 26th to the 28th of October,2021 at Marina Bay Sands (Singapore) in conjunction with Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW).
Asia and ASEAN will account for 45% of future global renewables and clean energy investments. Asia will garner $1.5 trillion in clean energy investments over the next ten years, as per Wood Mackenzie’s 2020 projections. This increased investment in clean and renewable energy is linked to a tripling of the region’s GDP by 2040. To fulfill these demands and ensure long-term growth, the region will have to establish clear policies, take advantage of new technical innovation in renewables, green hydrogen, and carbon capture and storage (CCS) solutions, and, most importantly, expedite clean energy investment.
The Asia Clean Energy Summit (ACES), which will take place in 2021, is the most significant regional platform for sharing and co-creating innovative clean energy alternatives and pathways. ACES 2021 also helps Singapore achieve its goal of becoming Asia’s clean energy hub.
