John, a financial and capital market expert, has established himself as a committed consumer advocate, who is diligent, and demanding in seeking the best. John’s hands-on approach to product growth, with more than 30 years of experience, has contributed to a number of successful product lines in the technology and e-business market segments.

Richard Welch, the COO of Derive Systems said that John has a long and impressive track record of shepherding innovation in product and market design, and that is what Derive Systems was looking for embarking on the next step of development in their business. “The automotive performance marketplace is continuing to evolve from both a consumer and regulatory perspective. As our company adapts to both the needs of our customers and the regulatory structures put in place by the EPA and other agencies, we need a CEO with John’s experience. John spent more than seven years as President and CEO of Swiftpage, a computer software company that specialized in customized CRM and marketing automation solutions that enable lower-cost acquisition and retention of customers, before joining Derive. Under the leadership of John, the organization has evolved from a small startup to a global leader in CRM space with thousands of users across the globe using its flagship product to run their company.
