FTSI and Cozera have announced a national alliance to offer id-go. Id-go is a mobile biometrics-based digital identity authentication solution that creates a safe and unified ID credential for user authentication. Consumers can exchange identity verifications privately and safely online or in-person with id-go after completing a simple one-time registration.
Susan Napier, FTSI’s CEO and Chairwoman, claim that this creative solution would provide a quick and safe way to manage the identification and authentication process in today’s digital world. Susan believes that shortening the time it takes to verify someone’s identity improves the customer experience across various channels and platforms.
The credential is still current and legitimate thanks to the private and portable digital identity service. According to Seth Schaefer, President, and CEO of Rivermark Community Credit Union, the average time saved to verify identity through their member solutions center was 60%. This, combined with a more seamless verification process, would result in cost savings.
Cozera has put together a team of security, network, data protection, cryptography, and technology experts who have developed unique intellectual property and all of the required technological components to establish a trusted digital identity verification, authentication, and authorization service.
Cozera’s CEO and Founder, Abrar Ahmed, expressed his delight at the opportunity to work with FTSI and add id-go to their portfolio of digital solutions for financial customers. For financial institutions, Ahmed believes that id-go is the best digital identity credential at the right moment, as they balance the need for fraud prevention with the need to have a positive experience for their customers.
