In addition, Quest’s existing customers will benefit from HCL Technologies’ scale, reach, and R&D capabilities.

The global reach and expertise of HCL Technologies, combined with the deep domain knowledge of Quest Informatics, will help speed up product innovation and drive a global reach for continued growth. According to Rudresh Basavarajappa, CEO and Chairman of Quest Informatics Private Limited, the purchase will create synergies and facilitate meaningful interaction with clients in the end-to-end digital aftermarket space.
