KnectIQ, Inc., an innovative cybersecurity provider, announced the addition of Charisse R. Lillie to their advisory board on August 18, 2020. Charisse is a businesswoman, attorney, and acclaimed public speaker. Being a resident of  Houston, Texas, she completed her B.A., cum laude, from Wesleyan University, and also holds a J.D. from the Temple Beasley School of Law besides an LL.M. from Yale Law School.

The CEO at KnectIQ Inc., Ken Morris, stated that the company is pleased and honored to welcome Charisse to their Advisory Board. He further added that Charisse’s remarkable career had spanned private practice, government, and America’s highest levels corporate. She brings telecommunications and people-centered expertise to help the company execute and improve their global strategy toward true end-to-end encryption and Zero Trust. Ken also mentioned that her success at the Philadelphia Fed, Ballard Spahr LLP, and Comcast complement their advisory board.

During her outstanding career, Charisse served as the City Solicitor in Philadelphia, a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, and 13 years at Ballard Spahr LLP, the prestigious law firm. Besides, leading the Human Resource and community investment functions, she led various Comcast Corporation functions from 2005 to 2017. Since her retirement in 2017 from Comcast Corporation, Charisse has pursued private practice as a consultant, continuing her commitment to corporate governance, diversity, and social responsibility.

Charisse is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and PECO, an Exelon Company and Independence Health Group, Inc. She also serves on the Regional Corporate Advisory Board of PNC Bank, PA/SNJ/DE. Charisse is a former Board Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

Upon her joining as an advisory board member at KnectIQ, Charisse asserted that the appreciation of the critical importance of protecting digital data, mainly when it is inflight, results from her career in her career in law, government, and the corporate sector. She further endorsed Ken Morris and KnectIQ as true visionaries, as they’re developing world-first technology that would significantly impact the public and private sectors.
