Serving as the VP of Product Management for Wi-Tronix, Lisa is an industry veteran with 20 years of experience building innovative solutions for the rail industry and its critical problems. With a talent for invention and a burning passion for education, she paves the way for future innovators and leaders in her field. As a Co-founder of Wi-Tronix, Lisa’s name is in the five patents. She has been a prominent figure in spearheading the design, development, test, and release of new software and products from the very beginning. She nurtures engineering skills in students at all levels with her volunteer work as an active member of the Society of Women Engineers and team manager and mentor in the STEAM youth organization, Destination Imagination, where she most recently coached an all-girls team to the Global Finals.
While talking about her recent achievement, Lisa stated that, right from a very tender age, she had this enthusiasm for taking on new challenges and projects to develop skills that positively impact the world, drive change and solve problems. She added that she is proud to be a mother who empowers children (especially girls) on STEM-related activities. She believes in preparing the younger generation to be innovators and problem-solvers to face the unprecedented times and grow from it, she elaborated.
