Sell, service and market from Anywhere– Salesforce Customer 360 allows employees to work from anywhere in the world. Irrespective of their locations, the teams can deliver advanced and personalized solutions to their clients to nurture their relationships with the help of their latest innovations like Service Cloud Voice and Einstein Call Coaching. Keeping this in mind, Salesforce has also enhanced its industry expertise with Vlocity’s technology to offer companies new industry-specific apps, data models, APIs and workflows for them to keep up with this new norm.
Collaborate from Anywhere– In an all-digital world, the secret behind successfully working from home depends on effective collaboration. Soon to be available in public beta via desktop and a native iOS app, Salesforce Anywhere app will offer real-time team chat, comments, notifications, and video conferencing. Without using any external apps or tools, the teammates will be able to interact with each other anywhere within a Salesforce record.
Work from Anywhere– Owing to remote workforce management, the IT help desk gets flooded with an enormous amount of service requests. Salesforce is also introducing a new set of standard objects called Employee Data Model to boost the development of employee apps and launching Work.com to help business and organisations to safely reopen.
Data and insights from Anywhere– MuleSoft and Tableau helps the organizations to understand and study their data insights from anywhere. With MuleSoft, customers can easily access data from any source with API-led connectivity after which they can identify valuable insights among them through Tableau to make quicker and smarter business decisions from anywhere.
Learn new skills from Anywhere– To stay in trend with the latest skills and learnings in the digital world, Salesforce’s free online platform Trailhead offers its users with weekly content to teach them important skills that will help them in their future endeavours. They have also launched Customer 360 Guides which teaches the companies about achieving a Customer 360, based on the success stories of others.
The Salesforce Anywhere App is expected to be released globally in July and the Employee Service Solution is dated around November. Other services like Einstein Call Coaching and Service Cloud Voice is slated to be released around the third quarter of 2020.
