Softworld Inc., lately named as one of the fastest-growing Staffing Firms in the United States, has announced four promotions to its Senior Leadership team.

Tim Southwick has been promoted to the recently created role of Chief Revenue Officer. 

Dave Teitelman, CEO and Chairman of Softworld, stated that due to the extensive growth that Softworld has seen over the last few years, they felt the time was right to have Tim oversee all of Softworld’s client relationships. He further added that Tim’s role would add tremendous value to their team by ensuring all of their revenue-generating teams are adequately aligned, empowering for the best experience possible for our customers.

Steve Cooper has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Federal. Under this role, Steve will continue to oversee all federal sales and will also start to oversee the Softworld Nashville sales office.

On the promotion of Steve to a new position, Teitelman stated that Steve had shown an excellent ability to expand and improve their customer relationships in the federal government space. He also added that they are very excited to oversee additional territories and expand their relationships within Nashville and the southern United States.

Alan Sarasohn has also been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Financial Services. Upon this new position of Alan, Teitelman asserted that Alan has been hugely valuable to the ongoing success of Softworld’s Financial Service practice. He further mentioned that Alan’s devotion to his clients and his laser focus on their business goals is why their financial services division has been one of the fastest-growing segments within Softworld. They are delighted to see what Alan does moving forward in his role.

Lastly, Peter Niejadlik has been promoted to Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Upon this new appointment, Teitelman stated that in Pete’s role, he would be responsible for ensuring that our customers’ needs, especially within the government technology and engineering space, are being met and overseeing overall customer satisfaction. He further added that anybody who has met Pete knows that he is ideal for this role. His clients’ commitment is unmatched, and they are so happy to have him in charge of strategic accounts.
