DeCosta has broad cross-discipline knowledge in training, commissions, pre-sales, post-sales operations, and supplier services. Her channel experience covers the partner ecosystem – from suppliers through partners to customers.

DeCosta comes to UPSTACK after working at Pax8 as Director of Partner Enablement. She worked at Intelisys for 13 years in various capacities, including more than eight years as a supplier manager for the technology services distributor. DeCosta will create and oversee a team responsible for finding, contracting, and onboarding suppliers to the UPSTACK platform in her new job. Her team will also guarantee strategic alignment with suppliers through collaborative go-to-market planning and execution to help UPSTACK achieve long-term revenue growth.
